At SAKU., we value your trust and satisfaction. Due to the nature of our handmade body care products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at peausaku@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
