1. Product Use

All SAKU products are for external use only. Always perform a patch test before full use. We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by misuse or undisclosed allergies.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or restocks.

3. Pricing

All prices are in CAD and subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed, prices cannot be adjusted retroactively.

4. Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our body oils and skincare products, all sales are final once opened or used. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement. (See our Refund Policy for details.)
